on Prices
Prices
are for the property per week for up to the number of persons stated
for each gîte and are quoted in euros.
We offer discounts of upto to 15% for booking more than 3 months in advance.
A single night stay or weekend break (2 nights) can be arranged subject to availability of accomodation.
A weeknight is defined as Monday to Thursday and a weekend night is defined as Friday to Sunday.
Prices
include:-
- linen
and towels, changed weekly,
- hot
water and electricity,
- welcome
pack of basic foodstuffs and other items,
Changeover
day
Changeover
day is normally Saturday, however a different day can be arranged at
the time of booking.
Breakage Deposit
A
€150 refundable breakage
deposit is required. This will be due 4 weeks before holiday booking. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7days after completion of your vacation.
Booking
A
25% deposit (non returnable) is required on booking. Full amount will be due 4 weeks before arrival date.
The full amount, including the breakage deposit, will be due if booking is less than 4 weeks before due arrival date.
Payment
Payments can be arranged through Paypal or direct bank transfer.
